Updates the PR verification GitHub Actions workflow to react to more pull request events and to further restrict when the build/test job runs.
Changes:
- Expand
pull_requestevent types to includelabeledandunlabeled. - Refine the job condition to skip running on Dependabot-authored PRs in addition to draft PRs.
