You know the drill. :) Extract this tarball into the MediaWiki 
extensions/ folder, then add to the bottom of LocalSettings.php:

  require_once "extensions/Exile/Exile.php";

Then go to [[Special:Exile]] on your wiki and have fun. Requires 
MediaWiki 1.15 or higher.

You can customize the default URL to exile users to by editing the page
[[MediaWiki:Exile-defaulturl]].
