Loading indicator for historical graphic

Hi,
When someone wants to load data on a historical chart, depending on the amount of the data, the user has to wait until the graphic is drawn. While waiting should be displayed an indicator for graphic loading so the user knows that the system is working to bring data and it's not stuck.

The chart control with history have already a progress indicator for loading!

You're right. I tested it using Safari browser and no progress indicator was displayed.
When I test it on Chrome, the progress indicator is displayed but not on entire time span while the graphic is drawn.
As you can see in the below video, after I select the period of time (11 September - 7 October) , the progress indicator is displayed but only for a short period of time (from second 22 until second 32). The graphic corresponding to the selected period of time is drown at second 48. So there are around 15 seconds when nothing occurs and the user might think that something wrong happened. The progress indicator should be displayed during the entire process of displaying the graphic.
