Add Semrush plugin

This PR adds a new Semrush plugin.

Testing

• Audit
  • Confirm site audit settings are updated
  • Confirm first time site audit message is shown
  • Confirm site audits can be run
  • Confirm when a site audit is completed it displays the site audit report
  • Confirm pressing an audit error leads to the associated issue report
• Issue report
  • Confirm the associated issue solution and description is shown
  • Confirm the affected pages are shown
• Keywords
  • Confirm keyword search allows for infinite scrolling
  • Confirm keyword search handles case where no keywords returned
  • Confirm pressing on certain columns allows for sorting
  • Confirm ability to switch between search type (broad / question / full search)
• Project
  • Confirm the associated Semrush project is displayed
  • Confirm new Semrush project is created when the current Framer project has no existing associated project
