Remember to not remove Yahoo! Weather code, just use it as a model to implement Metwit. The best thing would be to extract an interface (or more than one) out of the Yahoo! Weather code and add make the Metwit implement the same interface. That way, it'd be really easy to implement it in the rest of the code, especially in the updater service.

Damn, I don't have eclipse at the moment (I'm on vacation), so I'll try to make the changes with Android Studio. I'll keep you posted

Great! I hope the project works on Android Studio, it's been done in IntelliJ IDEA with the old build system, so it might need porting to Gradle.

@patrick91, any updates on this? The issue list is a little bit long, I am trying to remove what's unrealistically achievable within 2-3 iterations.
