HabitRPG-Local v0.2.1

Initial commit to github. I included all of the files that I have created, or worked on, and left out the directory structure and the dependencies.

The innoscript and the three batch files are the only code in HRPG-Local. If there is interest, can arrange this repository in such a way that HabitRPG, node.exe and mongodb can simply be dropped into their respective folders, innoscript can be run, and the installer will be created. If it is legal and kosher to do so, I can also commit HabitRPG, MongoDB and the Node.js binary to this repository. Unfortunately, I am ignorant on legal matters.

I have attached a copy of the installer.
