Solution
Add Vyper template with
deployCode, usesICounter.solinterface which could perhaps be changed to an interface written in Vyper but not sure if this works well. Additionally the tests and scripts are written in Solidity.Results in template here: https://github.com/zerosnacks/vyper-template-11383
