Separate the base template from the promo site files

The repo has files that only seem to be used for the Foundation promo site (and appears to have your GA account numbers in the footer code?). This might make it harder for people to use the code in the repo as the basis of their own project...I'm certainly a little confused.

Ensuring that the master branch is only what people need to start their own projects could help.

Thanks for calling this out. We discussed it some this morning and we'll be moving the marketing site into a folder called 'marketing' so it can be easily removed - we want to leave it in the repo partly as a testbed or changes and also because we've received some feedback that users would like a place they can dig into to see Foundation in action. It does make for a larger initial pull, so we'll keep our options open here.
