Add test for celery process

There should be a test which checks if celery process is correctly executing and processing tasks

If I use rabbitmq as a massage broker instead of Redis then we can solve the problem.
because redis is more susceptible to data loss.

Completely irrelevant to the issue which isn't even about data loss at all. And people don't just change their tech stack because someone tagged along and said we should use xyz instead on an issue which is about testing celery.
