fix: routes linked to admin/users

Fixes #3196

Short description of what this resolves:

• {{#link-to}} doesn't transition to route in Admin/Users
• The View and Accounts in Users list doesn't show relevant info on being clicked

• Updated contact-info to profile in admin account
