Organizers can not access group settings

Describe the bug

I am not able to access the group settings as an organizer account(I have accepted the invite). Only admins and owners can access the groups page. I think there is some permissions issue there.

Expected behavior

Organizers should be able to access and change some settings as owners can. Right now organizers are being treated as normal users.

Solution
Please shift the permission to backend as in events.

Edit: This bug exists for all the tabs in the group. Need to discuss it further before proceeding.
