Admin Start Page: Show version of frontend and backend

The admin start page currently shows a hard-coded version info.

1. Please show the info of the frontend and backend version and link to the commit of the version on Github.
2. Move the info below the content area and just above the footer.
3. Only show the info on the admin pages
