User cannot enter billing info #3774
Description
The user tried to buy a ticket for the FOSSASIA 2020 summit and tried to get in the billing information for an invoice that they need for tax purposes.
"But I was not able to fill it out. The Country-Field selection was empty and the website didn't accept anything to write into the field, but also didn't allow me to go further without that information. So I skipped the billing information and ask you to submit us an invoice with the billing informations."
