Fix the PCB outline of chocolate #165

The edge cuts weren't connected properly. So when I try to create a step file or 3D view I get the following error:

I connected the segments(in multiple places) and now it works as expected:

foostan does not distinguish versions by subdirectory (see eg. kicad6_corne_cherry). Also it messes up kicad libraries

Note: This would undo foostan#165, supposedly done onto chocolate v2?
