FOLIO Release Q3-2018

Use the build_release target of the Vagrantfile to build a system based on the Q3-2018 FOLIO release. The plays are defined in folio.yml for hosts in the release group.

Update from Q3-2018-2

  • Update Okapi package version to 2.17.4-2 with updated systemd config. See FOLIO-1542 for more details.

  • Retrieve finance sample data from folio-org/mod-finance-storage GitHub repo. The repo was renamed from mod-finance.
