Show graph on startup #1477

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd like to close my Foam workspace and have it reopen exactly how I left it. While all the panes may be where I left them, the one I usually keep the graph by itself in is always empty upon startup. I am capable of issuing the manual command to re-open the graph, but it's annoying to have to do so.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, the state of showing the graph would be preserved between sessions, but in practice, it would be easier to just have the option to have it open the graph on startup much like the daily note option. This would not necessarily return it to the pane it was in before, though, but as a stopgap that could be acceptable.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I haven't investigated alternatives, though I suppose I could create some macro to automatically start the graph view.
