The redis-rails gem defines a Redis::Rails constant that is being picked up here. We always want the top-level Rails constant to check rails existence and version.

The redis-rails gem defines a Redis::Rails constant that is being picked up by this gem (https://github.com/redis-store/redis-rails/blob/master/lib/redis-rails.rb#L7). We always want the top-level Rails constant to check rails existence and version.
