Consider ADL begin() and end() when joining ranges #3824

TODO: also handle const containers. I've tried a few things, but it was now obvious to me how it should be implemented.

Wouldn't replacing std::begin and std::end with std::ranges::begin and std::ranges::end accomplish the same in a more idiomatic way? Or would that be breaking pre-C++20 compilers?

It would break pre-C++20.
