This plugin not working when NERDTree is autostart with Vim

Can you provide some more detailed information? Like your vimrc configuration and the results you expect.

Following NERDTree's README: some people have configured NERDTree to open upon executing nvim without file or directory arguments.

h and l plugin does not collapse and open directories when NERDTree is opened this way. Toggling NERDTree fixes this issue. @flw-cn
