We don't need
kLegacyClipDecrementorkLegacyClipCompareanymore, but we still needkLegacyClipRestoreandkLegacyClipIncrement. So I renamed these tokOverdrawPreventionRestoreandkOverdrawPreventionIncrementrespectively and documented how they're used.
