The following PR perform 3 changes:
OpenTelemetry Envelope: for plugins that generate non-otel native metrics, now the plugin can create the proper OpenTelemetry metadata (resource/scope) so other processors like Content Modifier can be used to alter that OTel metadata. The use case is primary when you will send the data out to an OpenTelemetry backend/endpoint.
CMetrics: upgrade to
v0.9.9which fixes some Opentelemetry encoding issues when attributes are manipulated.Processor Content Modifier: allow
