Implement process metrics on windows_exporter_metrics

Prometheus' windows exporter implements process metrics which is not enabled by default.
We should provide it in windows_exporter_metrics.

To monitoring for work loads on Windows, process metrics on windows_exporter_metrics is batter to have.
