`ChoicesT` misuses `static`, causes aliasing

Select works. until it doesn't and then it corrupts the class. For instance, to reproduce:

1. restart pd
2. make a new object with -select in, for instance [fluid.bufstats -select mid]
3. it works all the time for me
4. open the patch attached - you will get an error of bufstats or bufspectralshape relating to -select
5. close the patch
6. try to make an instance of that same object. you now get the error until pd is restarted.

Ok, so normally my inclination is to do a massive eye roll at the idea that any given bug might be strange or not, but I'm inclined to agree for now 😆 Just reducing this to an apparently simple case of loading a patch from cold with fluid.bufstats -select mid in it doesn't cause the error, so there is presumably some more specific and elusive interaction at work in the patch you attached. Happy days.
