fix(cake_kda_det_kcp): refuse the non-deterministic package's saved set and workspace with ValueError - #8943
The deterministic context-parallel KDA training package (flashinfer.experimental.cake_kda_det_train_kcp) can be imported alongside the non-deterministic one (flashinfer.experimental.cake_kda_train_kcp). When objects from the non-deterministic package were passed to a deterministic entry, the resulting errors were unclear. A SavedKcp saved set given to chunk_kda_det_bwd_kcp failed late with AttributeError: 'SavedKcp' object has no attribute 'qk_l2norm'. A WorkspaceKcp given to a deterministic entry failed with the generic TypeError("workspace must be a WorkspaceDetKcp"). This PR rejects both early with a ValueError that names the mismatch. Kernels, numerics and the success path are unchanged.
What changes
chunk_kda_det_bwd_kcp checks the saved set first, before options, graph key or any tensor read. Any object that is not a SavedDetKcp raises ValueError. The message names both types. It also says that a saved set from the non-deterministic package (deterministic=False) must go to that package's backward. The wording mirrors how the non-deterministic package refuses a deterministic saved set.
A WorkspaceKcp passed to the deterministic forward, the backward or chunk_kda_det_kcp raises ValueError naming the mode. The check runs at the top of the backward and where the call resolves its workspace. Any other wrong object still raises TypeError("workspace must be a WorkspaceDetKcp").
The deterministic package finds the non-deterministic types through sys.modules and never imports that package. sys is added to the stdlib modules allowed by the package's import test in tests/experimental/test_cake_kda_det_train_kcp_dist.py.
Contexts and recompute handles are not refused. A context holds no mode and serves both packages. This is the documented contract, and non-deterministic calls on a deterministic context give bitwise-equal results. A recompute handle entry stored by the other package is already refused by its options check.
Diff: cake_kcp.py +38/-2, tests/experimental/test_cake_kda_det_train_kcp.py +99, and the allowed-import set in tests/experimental/test_cake_kda_det_train_kcp_dist.py.
Tests
There are two new tests. One runs on CPU. The other runs on GPU with a real non-deterministic forward. Both fail on main and pass with this PR.

Non-deterministic package: the kcp, api, raw_gate and handoff test files.
None of the 14 files has a new failure. The _dist import test fails without the allowed-set change and passes with it.

Bug Fixes
Deterministic and non-deterministic training modes now reject workspaces and saved states from the other mode, with errors that identify the mismatch.
Invalid saved states and workspaces are checked before they are used, helping prevent confusing failures during training.
…set and workspace with ValueError naming the mode
chunk_kda_det_bwd_kcp now checks its saved set and workspace before it reads an option, a graph key, an operand
or a tensor: a saved set that is not a SavedDetKcp (the non-deterministic package's SavedKcp has the same version
and members and used to reach the graph key or the saved-set checks, where it raised AttributeError) and a
WorkspaceKcp of the non-deterministic package (deterministic=False) raise ValueError naming the mode, mirroring
that package's refusal of this package's saved set. The workspace check of every entry point refuses that
workspace the same way; any other object keeps the TypeError. The non-deterministic package is recognized
through sys.modules and is not imported. Contexts (mode-free by design) and recompute handles (any object with
an entries dict) are unchanged.
… backward's mode check
The backward finds the non-deterministic package's workspace type through sys.modules without importing that
package; sys joins the allowed standard-library modules of test_module_imports_only_torch_and_its_package.
The deterministic KCP package now rejects saved sets and workspaces from the non-deterministic package. Backward checks these inputs before processing options or tensors. Tests cover cross-mode rejection and continued deterministic backward behavior.

Mode checks and validation coverage flashinfer/experimental/cake_kda_det_train_kcp/cake_kcp.py, tests/experimental/test_cake_kda_det_train_kcp.py, tests/experimental/test_cake_kda_det_train_kcp_dist.py
The deterministic package raises mode-specific ValueErrors for non-deterministic workspaces and rejects saved sets that do not use SavedDetKcp. Backward performs the checks before further processing. Host and GPU tests cover cross-mode rejection and subsequent deterministic behavior. The import-boundary test allows sys for inspecting sys.modules without importing the non-deterministic package.

The change is mergeable with awareness of a narrow vendoring limitation: packages installed under different prefixes can produce the wrong exception type for incompatible workspaces, without allowing those workspaces to execute.

When the deterministic package is vendored under a different prefix, _ND_KCP does not identify the installed non-deterministic module. A non-deterministic workspace can then reach the generic TypeError instead of the promised mode-specific ValueError. Recognize the workspace independently of the deterministic package’s prefix.
