perf(cake_causal_conv1d_det): SM-wide row-group backward for 264 <= C < 296 and 344 <= C < 416 on SM107 - #8878
FlashInfer's deterministic causal conv1d + SiLU training kernels have 8 variants. This PR changes only the default deterministic backward variant (bwd), on SM107 (sm_107a) for 264 <= C < 296 and 344 <= C < 416 from 32768 tokens. The baseline is FlashInfer main before this PR. On VR200, all 34 rows are faster: backward is 1.05x-1.25x faster, and forward + backward is 1.09x-1.16x faster.
NVIDIA VR200 (sm_107a, 212 SMs), CUDA 13.4.92. Baseline: FlashInfer main before this PR. 34 rows.

The other seven variants (fwd, fwd_dt, fwd_bias, bwd_dt, bwd_bias, bwd_fp32g, bwd_bias_fp32g) and the context-parallel forms are unchanged; the family covers sm_100a, sm_103a and sm_107a, and this PR does not change sm_100a or sm_103a.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added support for causal convolution training on a newer GPU architecture for qualifying workloads. Backward processing now covers additional channel-size ranges when inputs contain at least 32,768 tokens, extending the workloads supported on that architecture. This update also includes a build artifact requiring CUDA 13.4.
… < 296 and 344 <= C < 416 on SM107
On sm_107a the default deterministic backward route (bwd) now runs a
256-thread SM-wide row-group program for 264 <= C < 296 and
344 <= C < 416 from 32768 tokens. Below that floor, and on the other
264 <= C < 512 rows, the row-group program keeps its rows. dx is
bit-identical to the row-group program; dweight and dbias stay
run-to-run bitwise, with FP32 accumulation in a fixed order.
The selection, token-floor and channel-band tests cover the sm_107a
SM-wide row-group program on both sides of its bands and of its
32768-token floor. A route may now carry two token-floored programs
(sm_107a bwd: C 256 from 262144 tokens and the SM-wide bands from
32768 tokens).
The SM107 deterministic causal-convolution training backend adds a row-group backward program for qualifying token counts and channel ranges. The change includes a CUDA kernel and binding, build artifact metadata, and route-selection tests.
The kernel processes supported row-group configurations, writes dx, and reduces subtask accumulators into partial. It traps for grouped and other unsupported configurations.
CUDA binding and launch flashinfer/cake_causal_conv1d_det_train_backend/csrc/..._binding.cu
The binding validates tensor and launch arguments, encodes tensor maps, configures dynamic shared memory, and launches the kernel.
SM107 route, build artifact, and tests flashinfer/cake_causal_conv1d_det_train_backend/cake_jit.py, flashinfer/cake_causal_conv1d_det_train_backend/build.json, tests/experimental/test_cake_causal_conv1d_train_registry.py, tests/norm/test_cake_causal_conv1d_det_train.py
The SM107 backward route adds a program selected at S >= 32768 for channel bands [264, 296) and [344, 416). The build manifest records the artifact, and tests cover route selection and registry invariants.

The normal backward path is unaffected by the identified launch-validation gap, but direct multidimensional launches can race on gradient writes. Mergeability risk is low, with a bounded binding-validation fix recommended.

Keep dx separate from x during the kernel.
When dx=x, one CTA can overwrite a history row before another CTA reads it. This can produce incorrect, run-dependent gradients. Use separate storage for dx until the kernel finishes, then copy it to the requested output.

Reject multidimensional grids for this kernel.
If grid_y or grid_z exceeds one, CTAs repeat the same work and can race on dx and partial writes. Add a one-dimensional-grid check to the binding generator.
