feat: add `op-rbuilder`'s git sha to the `reth_info` metric labels

vanilla `reth` exposes its version via `reth_info` prometheus metric.  we should add `rbuilder`'s version info either to the same metric or to a similar next to it (e.g. `reth_builder_info`)
