Implement 'dummy' attestation type #26
Description
cvm-reverse-proxy has a dummy attestation type for testing, where a remote CVM provides only the attestation evidence generation, meaning all the remaining functionality can be tested on non-TDX hardware. It would be good to also implement that feature here.
