Add Microsoft Azure attestation generation / verification #16
Description
Add support for MAA.
Current proposal:
- Use az-tdx-vtpm for quote generation. This is not officially Mircosoft - its from https://kinvolk.io/
- Use azure_svc_attestation together with a JWT library for verification. This is a microsoft crate, but the readme states:
Microsoft is developing the official Azure SDK for Rust crates and has no plans to update this unofficial crate. In the future we may release an official version that may have a different package name. If releasing an official version of this crate is important to you let us know.
