Updated the module name since the module is defined as Coinpayments_CoinPayments and not Coinpayments_Coinpayments. It will not enable without the capital P in the module name.

Obscured the admin IPN secret and private key settings as this info should not be visible for security reasons.

I had to temporarily revert the obscure addition b/c I forgot to include the model type and to decrypt the secret keys afterwards. I'll put the full fix in soon.
