Dear Filecoin Plus RKH, Notaries, Community fellows, and most of all, Protocol Labs(PL) leaders,
it is such an honor to be part of this amazing WEB3.0 era, and very pleased to be in this business opportunity.
Over the last 30years of the IT business, these last few years are unbelievably fast and breath-catching period as you may all feel. I appreciate every single voluntary staff in this community.
But by the given experience, I must make some comments with the best wish to our Filecoin society. Decentralizing the Large DataCap request approval steps out of the corporate level is very modern and advanced, however, it seems to me, for now, it is a more hectic and confusing chain of work. A simple and clear process explanation would help all the way to the allocation of DataCap. Confusion by the individual steps of Notary governance seems another centralization from decentralization and it will cause many misleading cases by process clarification and time leak. I understand the intent of PL, but I feel that, for a substantial amount of cases, this business will be pulled by the storage provider to strategize with clients, the content holders for some initial period. Because we have invested and we are the ones facing the Clients who are our long term customers. Please help us roll our vehicle while our customers are pleased and excited.

Hi Huseyin, Thank you for reopening our request. It is good to know that we are not forgotten. I understand everybody in the notary pool is very busy on their end but if half of notaries out of 55 are active as you are, it would make a whole lot of difference in business perspective. We have successfully uploaded the real data from the best documentary film producer in Korea to the filecoin storage with the first 5% of the 1 PiB datacap approved then stuck with the next step for more than 3 months. It is almost a break-up stage and we need special attention for the immediate support from notaries. We are well aware of splitting the storage node to 2 other SPs and we're working on it as the storage sharing plan below. Please consider the 1st 50TiB as a test procedure and this cannot be the subject of stopping 2nd 100TiB unlock-request for this far. Please share with other notaries to speed up the process. Dear Notaries,
With all due respect,
this notary process is off the limit in any sense of business perspectives.
Is there any internal set-up time of minimal 2-4 months regulation amongst notaries regarding LDN approval requests or additional allocation request?
These issues seemed to have been touched as shown, #217, but it isn't quite different after a year.
I have no intention to disrespect anyone involved in this operation, but a simple or instant speculation without a real cases consideration and follow-ups would be a joke to ones like us, working in a jungle who are responsible to the commitment of contract.
I understand that LDN process is relatively nascent, however, instead of discussing threshold for messages to "how many", focus on "how long" for the total processing time. Acknolwledgement of WHEN & WHY in a prompt manner should be the higher key point compare to any other issues in terms of confidence of FILECOIN business world.
We are desparately looking forward to seeing valuable notaries to pay attention to fasten our LDN allocation so we can face our clients.
