Issue Description

Stake Exposure in the Rubric (row 7) does not level consistently, specifically the L2 criteria is presented as a range, whereas the rest can be interpreted as meeting a min bar # of tokens held by an application. This is especially confusing when choosing to score someone with 500k-1MM tokens at stake.

Impact

Creating a consistent leveling scheme for this metric will result in more consistent scoring.

Proposed Solution(s)

Stake Exposure L2 criteria should change from 100-500k tokens at stake to 500k tokens at stake
