Updates dependency versions for quic-go and go-libp2p to their latest versions, with quic-go bumped to v0.54.1 and go-libp2p to v0.43.0 to maintain compatibility.
- Updates quic-go from v0.52.0 to v0.54.1 (indirect dependency)
- Updates go-libp2p from v0.42.0 to v0.43.0 (direct dependency)
