style: add success message after user clicks "Send Funds"

This PR improves user experience by adding a success message after funds are sent.

Proposed Changes

• Add a new success page template that shows after successful fund transfers
• Include transaction CID in the success message for user reference
• Enhance user flow by providing clear confirmation of successful transactions
• Improve overall UX feedback when users interact with the Lotus Fountain
