CIS suggests and checks the following string with a "space" character after the comma:
RequireMutualAuthentication=1, RequireIntegrity=1

GPOs from MS Baseline configures it without a space. (Yes, Microsoft don't follow their own guideline from MSKB 3000483
So both should pass the test. Currently this leads to inconsistent results
