Dear team,
please correct the following wrong interpretation:

This setting is TRUE in two cases:

  1. In case nothing is configured via registry
  2. in case the relevant reg key is configured correctly

So also case 1) above should lead to "TRUE"....

Quote MS:
"f you enable or do not configure this setting, scanning for all downloaded files and attachments will be enabled."
