intro_text contains some links that point to /document?sigil= (sic), i.e. no sigil.

We should systematically find them and, ideally, fix them; additionally, document?sigil= might use a better error message.

intro_text contains a lot of references to C.1. Which of these should refer to C.1 4 and which to C.1 12?
