What this PR does / why we need it:
This: https://github.com/falcosecurity/falco/blob/master/docker/driver-loader/Dockerfile#L2 needs to be up to date before starting the release process.
I believe we still have a lot of room for improvement, but we're discussing and working on brand new images, meaning that those Dockerfiles will be restructured as well.
