test: Fix "couldn't locate all inline snapshots"

Summary

Fixes toMatchInlineSnapshot failing ("Could not find all inline snapshots") if that snapshot was created by dehydratedValueSerializer.

jest seems to have problems when using async and done() tests. Since we only need one, we can drop the done.
