Release v0.1.1

Amongst other issues, this release should fix:

1. Compatibility with devices on API level <19
2. Missing ICU dlls on Windows
3. Bytecode file locking issues during compilation on Windows
4. Crashes on macOS and Linux when certain warnings are emitted during bytecode compilation
