The changes are looking good!
Can you check the indentation in the assets/js/admin/whatsapp-billing.js file with the next set of changes? It is mixing tabs and spaces for indentation and we should use tabs to stick with the WP guidelines.

Description
After embedded sign up is completed the waba/business ID will be stored in DB. Use this stored info to form the billing url to take the user to the billing hub for the whatsapp business account.
