Changes
- Added 'deduplicate' option to remove duplicate frames. This will generate new interpolated frames to take the place of any duplicate frames, increasing the overall smoothness of the output video.
- Added '-p/-nopreview' option to CLI
- Fixed issue with CLI parsing input paths
