Migrate to Twitter OAuth 2.0 authentication

Describe the solution you'd like
Try to migrate to the OAuth 2.0 authentication from Twitter (currently we are using OAuth 1.0a). This will help us reduce the env variables need to use Twitter as provider and we have gain access to v2 endpoints from Twitter API
