Inject docker credentials to test container as environment variables

Background

Some tests fail on AWS because the large access of docker container images exceed the free limit. We need to login to the docker client for specific tests in order to avoid this issue.

Acceptance Criteria

Inject two variables DOCKER_USERNAME and DOCKER_PASSWORD to the test-container.
