This PR addresses issue#54 and removes
valuefromEitherandmaybefromMaybe.These functions were wrought with nasty and would have been a big 👃 if allowed to hang out.
Also did some 💅 on the README fixing up some text and updating the pointfree example to lean on techniques that were added in the last few releases.
