Store images locally during Ever Demand platform development

🤔 Actual behavior

When we are in Admin Dashboard of Ever Demand and entering new data and when we select image for specifics data, the images are all stored in the cloudinary

😀 Expected Behavior

Is there a possibility to store the images locally when we're in the development environment?
