There's no need to have systems to generate the docs and website

Moving the site to Jekyll in the gh-pages branch. That should be simple enough.
Nobody cares about PDF manuals, and to be honest I only created that to emulate CLSQL because it was cool. Just move the docs to Markdown and make them part of the website. Sprinkle on some nice CSS as well.
Move the docs from ReST to Markdown. This shouldn't be hard.
Update: 2015-02-19
The goals of this have changed. The website will be moved to Jekyll, but the documentation will be generated in HTML by Codex.
