I can give an update on the last EIP-1559 Implementers' Call if people are interested.

Hey guys! Small update from EthereumJS RE: implementing Berlin.

EIP-2315. @cgewecke has made this PR, tests seem to pass, so semi-ready to merge.

EIP-2537. 4/9 precompiles are implemented, but they are missing one error case (point not on curve) which needs to get added. We are using mcl-wasm by @herumi.
