As promised a while back, we're nuking the old docker containers in Geth 1.9.0. We've switched over to alpine-only multi-stage slim images about 2 years ago. We've also announced 1+ years ago that the old images will be deprecated, since the 4MB alpine image is preferred over the 400 Ubuntu one. This PR finally deletes the old (and unmaintained) images from our repo.
