A few days ago we added the chain config to the metadata that
admin.nodeInforeturns. This PR adds the same info for les nodes too, and it also splitsEthNodeInfointoeth.NodeInfoandles.NodeInfoso the two can evolve differently (since I assume they will have different infos sooner or later).
