Fundamental changes in the dashboard.
Flow is integrated to provide static type checking.
A sketch of the message API is included and used.
The structure of the UI components is changed based on the new message structure, and the newly introduced types.
The FontAwesome library is hacked by the
fa-only-woff-loaderin order to exclude unnecessary dependencies.
